Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card information.

We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping.

Estimated shipping times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

Genuine Goodies is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Customs delays or fees
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day replacement window for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
