Order Processing Time

All items are made on demand.

  • Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

After fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to correct your address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Genuine Goodies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary.

We are not liable for carrier-related delivery issues.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or other fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain locations due to shipping limitations or compliance requirements.
