Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because all Genuine Goodies products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

14-Day Defective/Damaged Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a 14-day return or replacement window from the date your order is delivered for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect item received

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue.

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be fulfilled.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variations due to monitor/screen settings

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please carefully review sizing charts and order details before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are sent into production and cannot be changed or canceled.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
